Suntex Fashion Corp., Ltd. was separated from our brother company, Shanghai Jintex P.R.D. Co., Ltd. on February in 2007. Nowadays, we are coming through a period from increasing production quantity to seeking exquisite works.
Suntex is a textile trader and garment manufacturer ranging from high end casual outdoor garments to women s fashion wear with exquisite quality and various styles . Our strength is to be designer s help and production. I mean to provide best support for new development needs From fabric to 1st proto pattern or samples, etc. We cooperate with designers to make styling collection each season, our team can generate garment samples based on your draft sketch, or magazine clips etc. ; also we do service in the assistant of design drawing , fitting, measurement ; we have full times staffs in sourcing the right fabric, trim, lace, accessories for the new development styles. We can work out samples very fast, usually within 1-3 days in available fabrics. Our forte is to do sophisticated garments, the ones with embroideries, laces, sequins and beads, different kinds of washes incl. sandwash, enzyme wash etc.
OEM Our company has experienced tailor and dress maker , we can meet fast market running request . Meanwhile, we have very close relationship with our factory, including woven dress,blouse,blazer, outdoor jacket, down jacket, pant, lady suiting etc., Work in process guarantee the quality and delivery the goods on timely basis.
STYLING & ASSISTANT DESIGN We always make the sample according to designer s idea and requiry, also do service in the assistant of design drawing , fitting, measurement .
FABRIC & SOURCING We have very strong working ability on woven fabric design, new fabric developing, assist fabric mill to select yarn, weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing in order to reach final use of our customer. We have strong sense of marketing for both new items sourcing and production, which in synthetic ;cotton;linen;silk;wool fabric etc.

In line inspections 2.5AQL (or according to client requirement)
All fabric inspected prior to cutting of patterns and modifications to style
Careful analysis of all patterns and markers
Gerber CAD system that permits transmittal of patterns and modifications to style between client
